1. Consent

The processing of your data is carried out on behalf of your laboratory; Zweieck processes the data in the manner and to the extent intended by the client (laboratory). The consent to the processing of your data is already recorded in the laboratory.
Therefore, requests for information should generally be addressed to the laboratory you visited as the principal.

The following data originate from the information you have provided to the laboratory: National insurance number, name, date of birth, gender, home address, e-mail address, competent insurance institution.

The following data is provided by the laboratory:
Notification of order placement for electronic provision of the findings, name of the attending physician, examination results.

In addition to the processing of your personal data which we receive from the laboratory, you consent to us processing the time of registration on our site, the time of a login with your user ID and your IP address.

The processing of the data is carried out exclusively by us – no (sub-)service providers as defined by § 10 DSG 2000 are used for data processing.

2. Scope of services

Zweieck makes the diagnostic data received from the laboratory available to the users.
Therefore, Zweieck cannot make any statements about the completeness and/or correctness of the medical data. Please always contact the laboratory for medical questions.

3. Safekeeping of the access data

The safekeeping of the access data (user name and password) as well as the received data (lab analysis) is the responsibility of the user. Zweieck cannot be held liable for damages caused by improper handling – and thus unauthorised access to data – because third parties could use this to gain access to the data and use it in a harmful way for patients.

4. Period of availability

The lab analyses are available as soon as they are transmitted by the laboratory. Patients can delete findings data themselves (symbol next to the lab analyses).

5. Security

Zweieck reserves the right to block a user’s access to the lab analyses data if there are signs of misuse.

Please note: Repeated incorrect entry of the access data will be considered as an attempt of misuse and will therefore automatically lead to a temporary blocking of the data access.
